The Founding Cadre

The instructors who set the standard.

Before membership opens, we're assembling a founding cadre of professionals. These are limited, numbered founding seats — you'll be among the people this society is measured by.

Leads still open: Communications and Operations. We're actively looking for the right people to own these seats.

Communications

Lead open

Keep everyone connected when nothing else works.

Operations

Turn a group of professionals into a chapter that runs.

What this seat does

What we offer

A founding role in a society built to last, and the standing that comes with it. Specialty courses are offered to the cadre first.

What we expect

Real credentials, an instructor's temperament, and a commitment to safety, the law, and the people you train.

The process

Apply below, then an interview. Submitting an application is not acceptance — every seat is earned.

Not an instructor, but want in?

Membership opens after the founding phase. Request an invitation and you'll be first to hear when it does.
